As the owner of SPI, I specialize in New Construction and Phase Inspections, though I offer thorough residential inspections for all types of homes.
My journey into home inspection was driven by my love for real estate and my desire to help others make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives. I’m an ITAZ certified inspector, and my approach to inspections is rooted in a commitment to quality and accuracy. A Little About Me Personally
When I’m not inspecting homes, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our young child, and our two beloved dogs. We recently bought our first home, so I understand firsthand how exciting—and sometimes daunting—the homebuying process can be! Outside of work, I’m passionate about motorcycles and have a deep love for welding. There’s something about creating and shaping metal that fuels my creativity and engineering mindset. Whether I’m crafting custom projects in the workshop or simply appreciating the art of welding, it’s a hands-on skill that reflects my dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
