BINSR Re-inspections for Realtors
We want to ensure the property meets your clients’ standards for a smooth transaction. For inspections we initially performed, our BINSR re-inspection fee is $125, plus a 75-cent per mile charge, covering up to 25 items. For more than 25 items, an additional flat $25 fee will be applied.
